視力突惡化 竟是眼窩長骨肉瘤

一位30多歲的林小姐右眼視力突然惡化，看東西都模模糊糊，原以為是眼睛問題，經就醫檢查後才發現，有一顆大小約3公分的骨肉瘤長在眼窩裡，壓迫視神經，醫師指出，骨肉瘤俗稱「骨癌」，好發於關節部位，發生在眼窩上方的機率僅1％，十分罕見。

國泰醫院胸腔外科主任劉榮森表示，林姓患者5年前因視力模糊求診眼科，眼科檢查後，發現為腦部腫瘤導致，經徹底電腦斷層檢查後才進一步了解，竟是骨肉瘤長在顱底！

俗稱「骨癌」的骨肉瘤好發於年輕10至20歲男性，會有膝蓋、關節痛等症狀，有固定痛點且會反覆出現；由於骨肉瘤屬於惡性腫瘤，即使手術治療，1至2年內多半會復發，且病人預後狀況普遍不佳。

劉榮森醫師指出，這名患者的骨肉瘤已轉移到肺部，經評估後，決定採用達文西機器手臂開刀，藉助機器人手臂的幫忙，手術僅進行2小時，就將肺部多顆腫瘤清除乾淨，目前還要定期追蹤。
