秋補藥膳 避免辛燥

入秋燥氣當令,容易有咳嗽、喉嚨乾癢等不適。

天氣漸涼不少民眾計畫吃藥膳補身,開業中醫師薛明芳表示,秋季燥氣當令,易咳嗽喉嚨乾癢,皮膚乾燥與便祕等狀況,飲食應避免辛燥調味料,如辣椒、沙茶醬等,以免加重燥性體質,出現口乾舌燥等不適,像是當歸鴨、羊肉爐及燒酒雞等知名藥膳,因多使用溫熱性藥材,建議立冬之後再吃。



★桂圓紅棗補氣

薛明芳中醫師表示,每年入秋氣候轉涼後,不少人因大啖藥膳食補卻補過頭而前往求診,建議民眾若是想達到暖身效果,可選紅豆湯、花生等,或是取3-5顆桂圓剝開,再加入1顆紅棗以250c.c.熱水沖泡成桂圓紅棗茶,每日清晨飲用1杯健脾補氣,也是秋冬不錯的暖身飲食,性味也較平和。



★蜂蜜養陰潤肺

暖身食補外,秋天食補最好避免冰涼冷飲或瓜類水果,如西瓜等,也可多攝取一些養陰潤肺的食材,如蜂蜜、芝麻等,增強免疫力。此外,入秋後日照減少,情緒易受影響變得憂鬱,最好早睡早起,維持規律作息以調養精神。
