二代健保開跑半年 近8成民眾滿意

（健康醫療網／張郁梵報導）全民健保自開辦以來，便成為政府施政滿意度最高的項目，並受到各國肯定。而根據健保署7月份的調查顯示，有高達近八成的受訪民眾對今年上路的二代健保表示滿意。

為瞭解民眾對二代健保政策推行後的觀感，健保署分別在今年3月、5月、7月對民眾進行滿意度調查，調查對象以年滿20歲以上的民眾為主。調查結果發現，除了5月滿意度低於7成外，其他兩次滿意度都超過7成。7月份的滿意度更高達78.6%。

調查結果也與過去的經驗相符，儘管支付制度改革或新措施實施初期有利多數民眾，但民眾仍需時間瞭解，希望能透過健保署的努力，和民眾溝通、了解二代健保，讓整體滿意度回升。

此外，進一步分析今年的3次滿意度調查也發現，在「鼓勵醫院提供整合醫療照護」、「輔導看診次數過高民眾到指定醫療院所看病」、「定期公布重要醫療資訊」等二代健保的重要措施上，3次調查都得到超過8成5以上民眾的支持。
